From friendship
to law office
Having been a lawyer in The Netherlands already for many years (contract law), I met Nicu and Andreea Iordache from Romania many years ago. They lived in The Netherlands and had some good and hard experiences with the law and how to help others.
Together we decided to serve the international community in The Netherlands (Amsterdam and east-north Netherlands: Gelderland & Overijssel) by making the law - in our case: the RENTAL LAW - accessible for those who have trouble finding their way and who need assistance.
This not only resulted in communicating in Spanish (besides French and German) but also in starting a Romanian Help Desk which can be approached by phone and email on a daily basis
(after the intake and finishing the formalities, the lawyer will look at the case and questions).
Rental law serves one of the most basic needs of every human being: a place to live, work, and feel safe.
